Fewer customers Higher quality…Hmmmm, That’s a new perspective~
Sometimes too many customers is really troublesome, I know what it is like, trust me.
Why? the more customers the better of course….
Too many customers is a problem… cuz you cannot deal with the affairs efficiently.
You don’t want to take on more customers than you can handle. You will become overwhelmed and some projects may suffer.
Good point. The extra income from extra clients may be tempting, but you don’t want to jeopardize your reputation by upsetting clients/customers.
Quality over Quantity!!!
Many customers appreciate it when the companies that they do business with establish a relationship with them, especially those that they do business with frequently. They would rather feel like a person who matters, than feel like just a number.
I have considered doing this. I find that my customers can get even more demanding when I lower the price. I think that the ones that stick around despite a higher price are the kind of customers that I want to deal with. It is really frustrating when a customer winds up costing me more time and money than I am profiting from their patronage.
I think this is interesting. If you have fewer customers, you can afford the time to give the ones you have really great customer service. It will make the more expensive price look attractive because they are getting what they are paying for.
By increasing prices you can weed out some of the less serious customers. Good plan.
I find that if I can give better service to fewer customers, they return faster and always buy more. I definitely get more “flies” with honey than vinegar!
Alright upper class always has an advantage, filters out the cheapskates and what not, don’t get me wrong lot of high rollers out there with a mouthful, but at least you get a high return. This is why I think Volvo can raise their prices and not get scared of drowning. while you can never zero noisy customers, you can alleviate your own customer management.
