I think there are a lot of people who sort of meander day to day without any kind of plan in mind. There is a different spirit in the world of entrepreneurs, where you need figure things out from the first step to the projected final result.
I agree, I too think that in order to get anywhere in your life whether it be personally or professionally you must set goals for yourself. I never understood why some people would wonder why they couldn’t advance in their career when they never lifted a finger to make things happen. I’m not saying that you will always reach your goal, but if it is a reasonable goal than you have a good shot.
I couldn’t agree with you more. The book “Think and Grow Rich” says exactly the same thing. This book with was written more than 5 decades ago and has so at least millions of copies is never outdated.Herein we find the importance of setting a clear and definite goal. Upon impressing our will to this goal do we suddenly find the realization of this goal! I totally agree with this article! seeing as to how much lack of direction the youth has today and to be honest a lot of adults too.
Never should anyone go through life without a purpose. Simply waiting to know one’s purpose is not enough, we must therefore determine and proclaim what that purpose is.
Less than 1% of the population sets goals (beyond getting up in the morning). This is hilarious as I find myself to be in the same position. People should steer the rudder in their life if they want good results. setting up a goal keeps you on course!
When you set a goal you already set yourself apart from all the other bums in the community. I believe the great people of today had goals in mind when they started in life. Too bad some people cannot capture this character trait.
