    Kerian, you are so right. I would think that the opposite would be true. Many businesses are losing customers. You would think that they would really make a point to treat them well, but many do not.

    Wow. That’s customer service. It is probably very competitive now for people buying new cars. Service like that makes it seem worth the purchase.

    Wow, what a great customer service! even at the after sales! that guy should be promoted and be made an example to all car dealerships. Right here, everyone’s pissed off at this American car brand, their brand really is good, but the service itself especially in maintenance in repair is awful. And can anyone please tell me why at pre-sale, salesman are like you BFF, but post sale its just like you never met. even when you see them at the mall you greet them and they look at you like some groupie, ugh! hahahah i’m not saying they’re like that, this is just what my friend told me based on her experience with a cute saleman hahahahahah!
