    As a customer, I always appreciate it when a business stands behind their brand. It makes me loyal to them and willing to give them a second chance when they acknowledge their shortcomings.

    Amazing, I never expected that tactic to be effective, I’ve seen the worse reactions from people who’ve had the same situation saying they’ll never come back, but I guess in here you don’t get to see managers like that too often.

    To give out a compensation as generous as that meant, the establishment valued its customer. A lot of restaurants would actually just let you leave. But this guy has succesfully gained a long term profitable relationship by making you happy!

    They’ve actually invested on you and you didn’t know it. such is the power of marketing. I always though my marketing class was rubbish but now that i think about it. It really does help me get money.
